Sessions and Courses Both Courses are in-person only.
Specifically designed to show you how to handle the daily stresses of daily life. Discover proper use of breath for different situations. Learn about mental focuses, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques. Find out how you can be comfortable meditating on the sky train, bus, and ferry, in shopping malls, grocery stores and bank line-ups. A traffic jam or red lights won't bother you anymore because you'll know how to breathe your way through them. I teach a program that people can take out into the world and use in everyday life. The idea is to fully accept that you may be interrupted during the course of your meditation and to know how to ground yourself if that happens. Meditation, in and of itself, is not affiliated with any particular religion; it is, rather, practiced by a large percentage of religions, worldwide. People of any faith, or of no particular faith, can fully enjoy the benefits of meditation in daily life. This course will work nicely for beginners and those who may know how to meditate, but have let the practice slip away. Relax~Release~Renew is not taught by correspondence. About each meditation class: Each week, I will begin with a clearing meditation, announcements, a talk, and questions for you to answer for yourself. Then we will do a guided visualization meditation to soothing music, have journaling time, then an opportunity for sharing and discussion and finally, a meditation to take out into the world to keep you on balance. This course is not taught by correspondence. It is, however, taught one-on-one and in a small class setting. The course is based on a prayer I wrote, which follows: My

Learn how to relax and rejuvenate through breathing, meditation, and creative visualization. Come closer to understanding your true life-path.
Become more self-aware and gain knowledge of your inner workings. Empower yourself to become more of who you were meant to be.
Each week we learn two new meditations and practice two others that are shown at the first class. There is a series of personal questions asked to help you probe the depths of your subconscious. Your answers are for your eyes only so that there is no need to hold back. You can get to the bottom of long-standing issues in a safe and supportive environment.
This is a 'Spiritual' class not a religious or political one. We leave the debate and strong opinions for outside of this environment. No one is challenged to defend their position.
It is asked that a commitment to attend all five classes be made as the group depends on the combined energy of all participants.

Relaxing meditation and guided visualization sessions last for a blissful hour. While you relax, I will guide you on a peaceful journey and assist you in increasing your awareness of your chakras or meeting your Soul Guide. You always have the choice of simply going on an inner journey in a safe and secure environment. We begin with an aura cleansing, then a mini chakra balancing and finally, a creative visualization sending you on an excursion of your own choosing. Listen to the bowls and bells or a relaxing meditation CD. 1 hour $55.00; Book three 1-hour sessions for $148.50, to enjoy over a three-month period, and save 10%; Book five 1-hour sessions, to be enjoyed over a six-month period, for $250.00 and save $25.00.

It is understood that all energy sessions offered are for stress relief and relaxation only and do not substitute an alternative to western allopathic medicine but rather work hand in hand and are complementary with all other therapies. Please pre-register for all courses at least 10 days in advance of the date so you have time to mail the deposit and I have time to make the workbooks for you. If paying entire course by PayPal, then pre-registration may be done at least 6 days in advance of the date. There will be no opportunity for registering within 10/6 days of class. A non-refundable deposit is required for all courses prior to creating your manual. When you email me, I will give you the address to send your payment or you can use PayPal to make a full payment. Textbooks/suggested reading books are over and above the cost of the course.
Cash/Cheque (if local to Vancouver, BC area), Money Order/Bank Draft in Canadian Funds, PayPal to use your credit card, or use your debit card, which takes eight working days to clear. Or, I can send you an email request for money and you simply pres the PAY button. If your bank is Interac friendly, and you do online banking, you can also send an email money transfer.
This
is the ‘fine print’. Please, read carefully.
for those paying by cash, cheque, or money order: A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your place for all courses. 50% of the remainder is requested 14 days prior to the class. The remaining amount is payable upon commencement of the course. A receipt will be issued in class for all payments made. There are no refunds within 7 days of the course but, you will be able to hold a seat for the next scheduled class. There is a $15.00 fee on any payments that are not honored.
