Limits

If we create limits in our life, we will be pushing up against them time and
again. We'll be pushed to the limit of our endurance; pushed up against a wall;
and pushed into a corner.

When we live the limitless life, there are no limits (this is a principle of
ancient Hawaiian Huna Shamanism); we will have breathing space; we will have endless time; we will have plenty of money and other resources; we will have peace; we will be practicing the `fishes and loaves' principle that says there is always 'more' than 'enough' to go around.

`Do I believe in the Creator or not? Will my life just flow if I get myself out
of the way and allow it to? Am I just talking and not walking that talk?' These
are the questions we can all ask ourselves when we become aware that we are
putting limits on ourselves, our life, and the Creator of All That Is.

Light

“I am Light surrounded by matter.” It’s been said that one small flame can banish the darkness and illuminate the room. Things become clearer in the light; the shadows appear and we can now see both sides of dark and light; yin/yang. When we add another flame, the room becomes brighter and the shadows subside somewhat; our burden is shared. When we have a group of beautiful burning flames all over the room, the light is magnified and becomes a pulsing warm energy that nourishes everyone present. The transformation is exponential. Let there be Light.

Grounding

I’ve heard it said, “If your head is always in the clouds, you’re no earthly good to anyone!” Today, I connect to Gaia and allow her to support and stabilize my Etheric field. I feel the energy from our Mother Earth strengthen my feet, legs, and Root Chakra. I use this energy to make decisions grounded in reason and intuitive knowing, compassion, and love. I appreciate this feeling of being rooted to the earth and all the creatures that walk upon her. I walk softly and cover my tracks so as not to disturb the balance. Walk in peace.

Taking Inventory

Taking a personal inventory of one's Self is a vital process. Most people hit the floor running in the morning and never sit with themselves long enough to find out who they are and what their life purpose might be. Many shop, vacuum, drink, do drugs, smoke, run the kids around, jog, work 60-hour weeks to pay off a bloated mortgage, and blame everyone else for their misfortunes. They are disconnected and 'living lives of quiet desperation', as the saying goes.

A journey inward, to find and nourish that divine spark, produces feelings of wholeness, connectedness, vitality, and compassion for others, among other things. When we stop denying who we are, we can start to become healthy, peaceful individuals. A personal inventory, or taking stock of who we are, can start the ball rolling. When we see what our assets and liabilities are, in black and white, we can make the choices necessary to change or modify our behaviour and become all we were meant to be.

We need to discover who we are by seeking answers from that still small voice within. We were made complete, with all of the value we'll ever have; we just need to hook-up again, if we've lost that connection to Source.

As this process progresses, we naturally turn outward in order to help others. We are now giving from a full cup. As this feeling of bounty and abundance grows in us, we become an inspiration to those around us. We become a Light to the world, as we reflect Spirit's love for co-creation.

It is my sincere hope that you will be able to get to the bottom of what is troubling you and find the answers you seek and the wholeness you deserve. May you know that you’re loved. May you be deeply blessed along the way.

Talents

“...(no one) is born into the world whose work is not born with (him or her)...” James Russell Lowell

We were provided at birth with all the necessary talents and gifts to make a particular contribution to the world. We can choose to ignore our innate uniqueness by turning a blind eye to our own Light. We can choose to pursue our talents and live our life to the fullest and to our highest potential. It is always our choice. Then, propelled by the energy of our unfoldment, we can move forward into the life we intended to live. Take your place. Shine your light.

Expectations

"Just for today, I release all expectations and accept what the Universe offers. Experience tells me that this could come in the form of an unexpected unit of time, which is not allotted to the enth degree; a chance meeting in a grocery store of someone who was to become a dear friend; an opportunity to pass on what I've learned in a group that just spontaneously gelled; a sudden call to go be of service to someone in need. There are many gifts for the Spirit when I stay in the 'present'. Let go and allow."
