While our six-year-old granddaughter Courtenay was visiting, she began to clap her hands and sing a song. I asked if she'd learned it at school only to hear,

"No, Grandma, I'm just getting it now."

I wrote it all down and invited her to come and record it so it wouldn't be lost.

Before you book a session, Please Note:

Please Note: All sessions and courses are taken at your own risk. It is understood that all energy sessions offered are for stress relief and relaxation only and do not substitute an alternative to western allopathic medicine rather work hand in hand and are complementary with all other therapies.

Please refrain from wearing any commercial perfume, fragrance, and aftershave, or any strongly scented shampoo, lotion, and hairspray as many people who come here, including myself, are sensitive to these products.

Our appointment times are: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am; 10:30 am; 1:00 pm; 2:30 pm; and 4:00 pm. We also offer a 6:45 pm appointment Mon to Thurs. Norm and I share our duties; he works full time so he does sessions for the gentlemen in the evening and I do sessions for the ladies during the day. Ladies, please ask for this evening time, too, as it may not already be booked.

There are no weekend appointments, as we teach on the weekends.

We require 24 hours notice of cancellation of an appointment. There is a $10.00 cancellation fee for any missed or forgotten appointments.

Aromatherapy Session - consultation, AT blend created, soothing hand/arm massage, take balance of the product home with you. (with Lyn only)

Chakra balancing & Aura cleansing - consultation, short meditation, setting an intention for the session, aura cleansing, and Chakra balancing. (with Norm or Lyn)

Crystal & Colour Healing - consultation, laying on of stones, and the use of colour for balancing your energy field. (with Norm or Lyn)

Drumming & Journeying with Reiki - Combining Reiki symbols with Shamanic Drumming to affect deep relaxation and ability to journey to situation wanting to be corrected. (with Norm or Lyn)

Karuna Ki Reiki - consultation, laying on of hands for balance, relaxation, wellness, and rejuvenation, use of multiple symbols to effect specific changes. (with Norm or Lyn)

Meditation and Guided Visualization - consultation, meditation and guided visualization for relaxation and clarifying life path. (with Norm or Lyn)

Meridian Tapping - consultation, combination of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), muscle testing, Huna healing, and Energy Medicine to release blocked energy pathways in the meridian system and bring the client fully into the NOW (Notice Only What's in front of you.) (with Lyn Only)

Sound Healing - consultation; Sound healing can include a fluid, flowing and organic mix of: Tibetan singing bowls, rattles, chimes, drumming, tuning forks, chanting, toning, humming. Balances the Chakras and clears the meridians. Tones all systems. Restores a harmonious vibration throughout the body, bringing alignment and balance to all the energy bodies and into the physical being. (with Norm or Lyn)

ThetaHealing - consultation; energy testing; Core, Genetic, History, and Soul belief work; download of feelings; DNA activations; contact of Spiritual Helpers, manifesting, clearing work, and many other services. (with Lyn only)

Usui Reiki - consultation, laying on of hands for balance, relaxation, wellness, and rejuvenation; harmonizing dense energies. (with Norm or Lyn)

Blended Energy Session (with Lyn only) - Well, this session has been called a few things:

1 - 'The Whole Nine Yards' because it includes modalities: Aromatherapy, Bio-Mat, Crystals, Huna, Meditation, Polarity Balancing, Reiki, Sound Healing, and ThetaHealing.

2 - 'Healing From The Seven Planes' because it addresses all the Seven Planes of Existence as taught in ThetaHealing - 1-Crystals, 2-Aromatherapy, 3-Consultation, 4-use of rattles, 5-connection to Guardian Angel and use of Energy Healing and Balancing, 6-Sound Healing, and 7-ThetaHealing, as well as the Bio-Mat, which increases the level of ATP in your cells.

3 - and 'The whole meal deal' as in McDonald's lol...

I've decided to call it a Blended Energy session. One thing is for sure, whatever you want to call it, it is producing amazing results of relaxation, shifts in the bio-field, and wellness. We begin with a fifteen minute consultation and coaching session. The Cedar and Sage stick is lit. Fully clothed and stretched out on a treatment table lined with luxurious foam, and lying on top of the warm enveloping Bio-Mat, your eyes are covered with a soft cloth and your ears are set with stereo headphones that are playing a Theta Meditation CD, which is designed to put you into a Theta brainwave. You are surrounded by beautiful amethyst and apophyllite crystals. Rattles are used to clear your energy field. I speak the start of the meditation as you sink deeper into relaxation. I begin the Theta session, doing the healing and downloads we created in the consultation. A request for your guardian angel to come and make him or herself known, for your highest good, is made. Reiki energy is applied. Your polarity is balanced. I speak the end of the meditation and bring you back from your journey, bringing the Kundalini energy down the Sushumna and Grounding you into Gaia, our Mother Earth. We then have another fifteen minute cool-down period to allow you to journal, share, and come back to this plane. This is a very powerful and complete session and is an hour and a half long.

Herbal/Lifestyle Sessions (with Lyn only) - consultation includes ten-page intake form (this is emailed for you to fill in and email back before your appointment so I can take time to research and prepare the herbs for your particular issues); Balancing the Imbalances form; Heart to Heart session. This appointment is around ninety minutes long; subsequent sessions are an hour or so. Initial session: $130.00 includes product. Subsequent sessions - use above buttons and state 'subsequent herbal session' in the notes: $60.00 hr; three for $162.00; $275.00 for five sessions.
